Content and features available on GoalPicks, including scores, standings, probabilities, stats, guides, and notifications, are provided for general informational use only and should not be treated as legal, financial, tax, gambling, or investment advice.
GoalPicks may rely on third-party providers for fixtures, kickoff times, live status, results, standings, and odds-related information. Because of that, data shown in the app may sometimes be delayed, incomplete, corrected, or changed after publication.
If an official result, kickoff time, or competition record is corrected by the underlying source or governing body, GoalPicks may update related displays, picks, standings, or scoring accordingly.
We do not guarantee that all sports data shown on the platform will always be current, complete, or error-free at every moment.
GoalPicks is not an online gambling site, sportsbook, bookmaker, casino, bank, escrow service, or payment processor.
Goal Coins are virtual in-app currency and are not cash, bank deposits, or stored monetary value unless we clearly state otherwise in a future product feature.
GoalPicks may allow users to organize private cash games with friends, but the platform currently only provides the organizational tools for those games.
Users are responsible for collecting payments, confirming who has paid, distributing payouts, and handling any disputes related to off-platform money arrangements.
GoalPicks does not collect, hold, verify, secure, or distribute cash buy-ins or winnings between users unless we clearly launch a future feature that says otherwise.
GoalPicks may experience outages, bugs, failed syncs, delayed notifications, third-party provider issues, or temporary inaccuracies.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website, pages, notifications, standings, live leaderboards, or any other feature at all times.
Users remain responsible for checking game rules, pick deadlines, buy-in settings, prize structures, and whether a match or game has already started.
Users are also responsible for complying with local laws that may apply to prediction contests, private pools, or off-platform cash arrangements.
Reminder notifications and inbox messages are convenience features only. You are still responsible for submitting picks on time even if a reminder is delayed, not delivered, or missed.
Using GoalPicks does not guarantee leaderboard success, prize eligibility, favorable results, correct predictions, or payment by other participants.
Any off-platform payout arrangement in a private cash game is solely between the users involved, and GoalPicks is not responsible for whether another person pays what they promised.
Scoring, standings, and pick grading are governed by the rules shown for each game, including its configured exact-score and outcome points where applicable.
Where a question arises about match grading or standings, GoalPicks may rely on the official competition result format and the data available to the platform at the relevant time, subject to later corrections.
