GoalPicks.app is operated by Fortelius Corp. In these terms, "GoalPicks," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the platform and its operators.

These terms apply to the GoalPicks website, account system, game pages, leaderboards, inbox notifications, virtual currency features, premium features, and any related content or services we make available.

You may use GoalPicks only if you are legally permitted to do so in your jurisdiction and are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if higher.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of GoalPicks is lawful where you are located. If local law restricts prediction contests, paid entry pools, or related activity, you must not use any affected features.

You may use GoalPicks only for personal, non-commercial use unless we expressly authorize otherwise in writing.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when creating and maintaining your account, including your email address, display name, and login credentials.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account. Keep your password secure and do not share your account with another person.

We may suspend, restrict, or close accounts that appear to be fraudulent, abusive, duplicated, compromised, or in violation of these terms.

Unless we expressly allow otherwise, each user may maintain only one GoalPicks account.

If we determine that a person controls multiple accounts for an unfair advantage, bonus abuse, evasion, collusion, or any other prohibited reason, we may restrict or close any related accounts and reverse associated benefits, standings effects, or virtual currency credits where appropriate.

GoalPicks lets users create and join soccer pool games tied to supported leagues and tournaments. Players make predictions for matches and earn points based on the scoring rules configured for that game, including exact score points and correct outcome points when applicable.

Game settings such as buy-in type, prize distribution, admin fee, scoring values, join rules, and private or public visibility may vary from one game to another.

We may rely on third-party sports data providers for fixtures, kickoff times, results, standings, and odds. Match data, statuses, and scoring displays may change if source data is corrected, delayed, or updated.

Goal Coins are a virtual in-app currency. Unless we expressly state otherwise, Goal Coins have no cash value, are not bank deposits, are not property, and are not redeemable for money.

If GoalPicks offers paid Goal Coins packs, premium access, or similar digital features, those purchases grant access to platform features and are final except where refunds are required by law or expressly stated by us at the time of purchase.

We may change pricing, pack contents, premium benefits, promotional offers, or eligibility rules at any time.

GoalPicks may allow users to organize private cash games with friends, including buy-ins, prize pools, and optional admin fees. Those arrangements are strictly between the participants in the game.

GoalPicks does not collect, hold, escrow, safeguard, process, or distribute cash buy-ins or winnings between users unless we clearly state otherwise in a future product flow. Users are solely responsible for collecting payments, confirming who has paid, and distributing any payouts.

GoalPicks is not a bank, payment processor, sportsbook, casino, bookmaker, or gambling operator. We do not guarantee that any participant will pay, reimburse, or distribute funds correctly in a private cash game.

You may not cheat, collude, use bots or automation, exploit bugs, misrepresent match picks, attempt to manipulate rankings, abuse invites or notifications, scrape restricted data, reverse engineer the platform, or interfere with the normal operation of GoalPicks.

You may not impersonate another person, use offensive or unlawful profile content, harass other users, or use GoalPicks to promote illegal activity.

We may investigate suspicious conduct and may suspend games, reverse certain actions, remove users from features, or restrict accounts when needed to protect the integrity of the platform and its competitions.

GoalPicks stores standings, picks, scores, placements, and related game records to preserve competitive integrity, auditing, and dispute resolution within the platform.

If you close or stop using your account, some historical gameplay records may remain visible inside past or current games as reasonably necessary to preserve standings, results, and platform integrity.

Display names, avatars, and other profile elements shown across the platform may update over time and may not be preserved as a historical snapshot for every past event or screen.

By using GoalPicks, you agree that we may send service-related messages through in-app inbox items, email, or other platform notifications for account, gameplay, security, support, and operational purposes.

Examples include join request updates, invite notices, player removals, game reminders, and system notices. You remain responsible for your own picks and deadlines even if a reminder is delayed, not delivered, or overlooked.

GoalPicks and its software, branding, design, content, and platform features are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain rights to content you upload that belongs to you, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, process, resize, and use that content as needed to operate and improve GoalPicks.

League names, club names, logos, and related marks may belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on GoalPicks does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or ownership by us.

GoalPicks is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect data accuracy, or that the platform will always be free from bugs, outages, delays, or provider-side issues.

We may modify, suspend, remove, or correct features, game data, odds, notifications, pricing, or content at any time, including to fix technical mistakes or protect game integrity.

We are not responsible for losses caused by third-party data errors, delayed sports feeds, payment disputes between users, device issues, internet failures, or events outside our reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoalPicks and its operators, affiliates, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, or payment disputes between users.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to GoalPicks will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, during the 30 days before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GoalPicks, Fortelius Corp., and related parties from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the platform, your violation of these terms, your unlawful conduct, or disputes you create with other users, including disputes over private cash games.

We may suspend or terminate access to GoalPicks, or restrict specific features, at any time if we believe it is reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, platform integrity, abuse prevention, or enforcement of these terms.

If you want to stop using GoalPicks, you may stop using the platform at any time. If you request account closure or deactivation, we may preserve certain records as necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, support history, or the integrity of game results and standings.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law rules, except to the extent applicable law requires otherwise.

Before filing a legal claim, you agree to contact us first at support@goalpicks.app and give us a reasonable opportunity to address the issue informally.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes related to GoalPicks will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may update this page, adjust the effective date, and provide additional notice where appropriate.

Your continued use of GoalPicks after updated terms become effective means you accept the revised terms.
